Hey everyone...how goes? I have an old bag that belonged to my friends dad who has now sadly passed away. I'm restoring the back but the leather is very stiff and stale (very musky smell) and was wondering if anyone has recommendations for deep cleaning products. It's got a heavy pigment so I was thinking of potentially cleaning the flesh side. It's not great leather tbh! But it means a lot to my friend. Any recommendations please? Thanks in advance, Nick

Hello everyone...how goes? what tools do folk have / recommend for zippers? So far I have always just purchased pre-made to length zippers but want to start buying longer lengths and cutting to size for projects. I've seen some quite expensive specific ones but assume you can actually get some quite basic solid general stuff e.g. pliers but I don't know exactly what is needed. Thanks!
