Decided to make a little research by myself and this is what I found.
Apparently this leather stores have free shipping to Germany. Dont know yet wich one is the better but this is at the moment all I found.

i forgot the fact that Germany has a huge automovile industry so they also have a leather variety for car seats and beyond.
Lederversand and Lederhaus allow me to order tiny samples so Im using your recomendation and asking for some small pieces to test the creasing, turned edge and the general width to see if they fit to the material suggestions that you make for different projects.
Obviously this is not an advertising to any of this shops its just what I found. Will try to write a review about the things I receive after my order.
