Hello, so those of you who follows my IG might have noticed me crawling back out from under my rock😅
Started making some cardholders for a few friends. Have made them before but haven't posted them I think.
Anyway, they are somewhat based on Phil's cardslot course with some personalization ofc:)
Here they are, love how that salmon plays the light!
Whatyathink?
Thanks for the tips guys:) I'm not one to take photos in general. You should see my photos from before fadi did the photo crash course😅 there's never nothing to get better at during a project, may it be getting those crisp edges, nailing those backstitches or even taking better photos of the products.
Advice is VERY welcome!:)
There's something fishy about this...
Now that I've got that out of my system, it's a really nicely made cardholder! I think the tan works with the texture nicely.
If you really want the textures to pop in the picture though, try taking some photos against a background that compliments the tan, yet is smooth or has a very subtle texture.
A glossy polished walnut table with a dark stain comes to mind, or even an old book with a burgundy cover, something that makes the product stand out.
Great lighting by the way.
