Here is an iPad sleeve I made for myself. It’s made from the same leather that baseball gloves are made from. It was a good project for me to show how far along my stitching has come along thanks to Phil and practice. Also the techniques I learned about skiving and sharpening are in play here. Skiving the edges really helped make this go from something akin to a saddlebag to something more refined. Learning to sharpen my French skiver and using it to thin the leather so the flap folds over easier was used as well. I am also including a picture of a wallet I did several years ago to show my progress. I gave it a coat of carnauba cream to give it some protection but not darken the leather too much. Feel free to give any critiques or suggestions. Thank you, Troy

The leather looks great! I like how you incorporated the magnet closure. I am curious why you made the square cut (on the inside of the flap and below the magnet). The rounded corners and stitching look great!
