I have to do a couple of Koala themed bag charms and I've been playing with a template to hopefully make the process a little easier. These are made from 1.5mm thick G10. My sister is a wildlife carer and she specializes in looking after baby Koala's and these are for her.

Done except for the edges.I used grey edge paint but its not really matching the leather very well, so I'll have a look at some other colours and see what I can find. Also not quite sure if the eyes and nose are big enough, let me know what you think.
Super cute and I love projects like that! Although I aspire to make a designer worthy bag one day, I draw pleasure from making small leather accessories for family and friends. Please share the final look!
