My goal for our little group of like minded individuals with the same goals and aspirations of reaching leathercraft nirvana, is to have a healthy vibrant community where everybody gets along, helping, sharing and engaging.
Living in the real world for a second, this doesn't always happen. So I have taken the time here to highlight some ground rules for this forum. These will be periodically updated as needs be, so please check back from time to time to re-familiarise yourself.

Forum Suggestions
If you disagree with something someone has posted, rather than informing them that they are wrong, explain why you feel that there is an alternative way/method. Remember to read your comments how others may read them.
If you feel that another forum member has attacked you, please email me directly philip@leathercraftmasterclass.com
The idea of the forum is to contribute. So when posting or replying to a post, please keep that in mind.
Please avoid posting pictures from other artisan's social media accounts/ websites and asking forum members to deconstruct and explain how it's done for you. Please be respectful that not everybody wants to share or have made known their techniques.
Please make sure that all your posts are not just questions that help you to solve your individual problems. We encourage contribution as well, no matter how small.
When posting, use a brief descriptive title others will understand, do not put your entire post/question in the title.
Be yourself, be open to other ideas and embrace new ways of thinking.
Browse and post regularly. We all want a leathercraft community that is pursuing leather goods excellence with a wealth of knowledge that we can all draw upon. Unfortunately this can take time, but it is all made possible by people like you who regularly post questions and answers, reviews and updates. So let's work together and create something amazing!
Thank you for reading,
Philip

Hello, hope everyone is safe,
I love luxury leather bags and wallets, so decided to learn how to make them for myself.
No tools for now - purchased tools for the beginners awaiting their delivery , no experience in leather - have some experience in women and kids cloths making, hopefully it will help.
For now gaining theoretical knowledge.
And very excited to start.
Hello Shannon,
Thank you so much for taking the time to write your kind words, they are much appreciated.
I'm happy that the course helped you gain the confidence and knowledge to tackle the machine. It's wonderful to hear that it's up and running again to it's full potential!
You're very welcome and please continue to enjoy your courses.

Hello! Custom upholsterers here. Got our hands on a gently used (as in: 3x and the owner gave up) bell skiver and wanted to level up our leather furniture game. After scouring the internet + YouTube for hours, ready to tear out our hair in frustration and thinking we'd just tossed away quite a bit of $$$ we stumbled across your classes. Pulled the trigger figuring at this point we were either investing more to save our new machine or it was all a waste.
Within the first 40 mins of your Bell Skiver Master Class I had the machine completely taken apart, cleaned up, put back together, and running 100%. Watching the rest gave me the info needed to feel confident in what I was doing. A MILLION thank you's!!! Your classes are worth every penny, and although not all of them 100% apply to a furniture business we're excited to deep dive into them anyway because you obviously have extensive knowledge and there is clearly going to be even more we can take away and apply.

Hi Philip. My name is Koorosh (live in the US, born in England and raised in Canada) and I’m a newbie to this craft. I’ve been a consumer of leather goods (mostly watch straps, rolls and trunks) and that passion has led me to wanting to start crafting myself. I really like the way you teach which is what drew me to your program. Really excited learn from you and others. Thanks!!
