So I have all my tools mounted on my tool rack. My pricking irons are on a magnet, with works. But, I have some, that are not magnetic, and need a idea to wall mount them. The design of them, prevents them from using a standard loop.
This was my first idea (yes I know, im a artist when is comes to drawing also)
I could maybe use brass pipes, slightly slanted out.
Anyways, please share your ideas!
Who said over the top? :D
So thanks to Fadi, I went with the stopper idea. Got a piece of wood from the hardwerestore. and covered it with leather. Brass nails OC :P
yeah, the bit with the wood "stopper" on the bottom is smart!
As a side note, I love how you have the "2.7mm" and other tags on top of your irons. These leather tags are really nice.
I wish i could have a similar display for my non stainless steel tools, but there is too much humidity where i live and if i dont put my tools away in a box with the "moisture wicking" patches, rust start to form on them in less than a week.
This is my setup now. I like fancy. But these don't fit.
Hey Daniel!
I think in that way you might drop it accidentally...
What do you think about this idea?
