Here is a Lie-Nielsen edge plane I used in woodworking many years ago. I’ve recently found it works well for
trueing up the edges of leather pieces.

Nice. Lie-Nielsen, reassuringly expensive!
It's amazing how many woodworking tools can be used in leathercraft and vice-versa.
