And seeing my dad was an artist, I knew that pen!
Its a Cubic marker, AND, you can buy them empty, and fill it with your own ink or stain!

I use these markers for dying my edges all the time. On fine leathergoods, they give a good control (I have 2 tip sizes for thinner or wider edges). The ones i have are from Angelus and are supposedly specifically made for Dyes (not stains), but I don't know what is the difference between them, so...
