I am from the USA and can not find the non-stretch tape used for watch bands or the De Havilland Travel Bag. I have looked at the previous post concerning this topic and no solutions were offered for US artist. The link provided is in a language I do not speak and Google translate did not work. It comes in sheets not in a role like Phil has in the vids, but does the same thing. You just have to cut it in strips. They sell it in white or black.
