I recently came across a post on a raised/ embossed look on leather in Instagram and was wondering how it is done.
Your inputs would be highly appreciated!

After doing some research with the right key words, I came across 2 YouTube’s which could be used in combination or depending on the image you want to emboss.
You can use foam or silicone etc to hold the shape.
Now the cat is out of the bag as humans says 😂
I am willing to share the mystery behind it for all those interested!
There is not one way but a couple of ways to do it.
Just combine the techniques!
Here are the YouTube’s after searching in depth:

There is one on veg tan also, but my primary concern was how to create embossed effect on chrome tanned leather ...
Enjoy 😬
@Philip leather man any advice?
Hello,
I have been thinking about it, and the only think i came up with is wet molding with someking of foam between the main piece and the liner. I think the magic resided in the "foam" or whatever material is used to mold the name.
Beautiful stuff though!
@misc11999912 Hi Misc, I would personally really appreciate it if you could introduce yourself and tell us a little about you in the Introduce Yourself section.
My vision for this community is to have a little less anonymity than the other two main players in the leather forum world.
People are often nicer and more willing to help when they see a person behind the code.
I know you understand, thank you for helping out 👍
