You can never go past a really good quality knife, there are some beautiful pieces around these days. If you are looking for pricking irons, check out Crimson Hides, great tools.
@david.edwell If you don't really need anything and you have a good set of tools already, I would consider buying some fine skins or a few pieces of decent hardware for upcoming projects!
@david.edwell Hmm, something nice that will age well and remind you of the present. I would suggest vegetable tanned goat or calf in an aniline or semi-aniline finish.
I am a toolaholic Fadi :-) in truth I probably don’t actually ”need” anything, it’s more about objects of desire :-) eg my Knipshield knives, Barnsley plough gauge, etc, etc. What tools do you have that you just love? The ones that make you feel good when you use them?
I personally love either my Barry King 32oz Maul and Sinabroks stitching punch. Maul is around 80-90 and sinabroks is around 110-140 depending on how many punches

Well, really depends on what tools you allready have.
Maybe if you make us a list of what you think you need we could help you decide?
Also, Merry Christmas :p
