HenryJan 14Hey, I have a question about dyeing natural leather. What should be applied in turn and should the flesh be dyed as well?LikeReactions11 comment1Views

@verma.aditi Tokonile is a secret recipe, so without knowing what is in it, I can't really say what can be used for sure.
MSDS: 'natural paste, resin, pigment, wax, silicon.'
I would probably look to a commercial leather cleaner such as the ones made by Uniters. However, that may cost you more than another piece of leather.
If you are using a waxed leather, saddle soap and water on a cloth should remove it - probably.
It happened to me once or twice.
I think the best thing to do would be to try to apply a balm and hope it will make the mark fade a bit.
