@LYDIE As @Fadi mentioned, it's highly unlikely you will identify leather from a low res image.
But I can say that it is probably cow hide, likely a print, pigmented with a milled grain effect. But there are hundreds of tanneries that produce something similar, so that doesn't really narrow things down too much unfortunately.
I do not believe that it could be 100% accuratlyy identified through a picture.
However, I do have a Grey Metallic Goat skin that I got from decocuir that looks extremly similar. And decocuir is known to buy surplus from big fashion houses and tanneries and sell them as pieces. But, that being said, the grain differs a bit...
