There is a dealer for Leather-sewing-machines in Germany, who also sells bellskivers. He is very reliable and I think he ships abroad. Frank is also very nice and will answer all your questions.
Would be helpful to know your location...... I'm US based and have an NP4 bell skiver on order since early September. I ordered online from Springfield Leather. As of this morning still no estimate of when I might see the machine. I won't be charged until it ships from them to me. I don't think the delay is in any way their fault. Just saying expect a wait. If you are US based I would recommend them.
