Anyone else obsess about your edge thickness, I have found myself spending way too much time thinking about this on a recent full vegtan wallet I am making.
What do you think is an acceptable thickness for your wallet pockets?
Tricky question really... Basically depends on what you are making and in which style.
If i am making a rugged wallet, i usually go for 1.2mm thick pockets. If i were to do the same with a french style oh la la wallet, i would probably go down to 0.8 with slits (instead of t slots) and some kid of backing.
I personally am of the "I like to see some edges" school and like me a thick edge.
I'm curious about this as well, and, relatedly, rules of thumb for thicknesses of different sorts of bags. (I realize that a number of variables come into play ... ) Thanks
