TLDR version for those who don't want to read the whole thing:
Three months after my order and countless attempts to contact them and get some information. I finally got (most of )my money back in a refund.
Not only did they sell me something they didn't have in stock without informing me about it in the first place. The also waited two weeks before finally answering my questions.
After two months of waiting and almost no information. I asked for a refund. It took almost another month to refund me. Next to ignoring you they also lie about having paid the refund when clearly they haven't.
Worst customer service I've ever encountered.

I was wondering if the order had been successful. But I saw on their website that they were closed on Mondays. And since the order was done on Saturday, I didn't think it was a problem after all.

On Saturday 9 March 2019 I made an order with you (nr *****), then on 12 March I received confirmation that you had received the order and that it was in preparation.
Since that day, I have not heard from my order.
In the meantime, I have tried to contact you via the contact form on your website and via Instagram. Without success.
Is it possible to inform me of the status of my order? Has it already been sent and, if not, when will it be sent?

NO RESPONSE.
Since they posted a couple of photos on instagram during this period I decided to react to one of the photo’s asking them about my order and why they do not respond to my messages or emails.
They removed the comment! Yet still do not respond to any of my messages.

I discover they have a Facebook page so I message them over there asking whether someone can help me.
No reaction on messenger. But all of a sudden I get an email:

Finally a response. But wait. This means they sold me a machine they didn't have in stock. This was not mentioned anywhere on the website. Moreover, they decide to let me know more than two weeks after the order.
I give them the benefit of the doubt and decide to wait. It is always possible that their supplier has some delay.

Je veux attendre. Merci pour l'nfo. Pouvez vous faire un estimation pour le date de livraison?
Never got a reaction.

At this point I’m sick of waiting and being ignored and not getting any answers to my questions so I ask for a refund.
I ask them to refund me on my bank account since I’m having some issues with paypal and don’t want my money blocked on my paypal account.
They claim they can only repay me on paypal because otherwise they will not get their transaction costs back.
Since I’m just so sick of the bullshit I suggest to just pay back the money without the transaction costs. on my bank account.

After this they finally refunded the money. The never sent me any proof of any transactions they claimed to have been doing. Anyway, I'm glad this madness is behind me and I got (most) of my money back.
In any case, they will never see me again.
Is there any of you who had similar problems with cuirtextilecrea? Or am I the only one?
If i remember correctly @Mike Holtackers ordered something there without any problems. I am never ordering there again. Just like Philip I prefer Decocuir.
I consider myself thus informed.

Has anyone had a better experience since poor Glenn first posted this? They sell everything from a needle to an anchor for leather craft but I'm still not tempted given the stories and rumours.
@Glenn Delmotte Just got back on the forum after my trip and reading this it's even more nuts than you mentioned to me over the previous few weeks.
I almost went there to check them out while in Paris, but after what you were saying I gave them a wide birth.
I really am speechless, but thank you for highlighting these guys to us, we all really appreciate it.
Call me crazy, but I get "vibes" when I am browsing websites. And Cuirtextilecrea always gave me the wrong vibe. I think I filled my cart at least 5 or 6 times there over 2 months, and everytime before ordering i would think "they just seem off, i dont know what it is, I just don't like them" and then i don't order.
Now, I find out that my intuition was correct. I know that many people order from them without a problem, but Glenn's story shows that If an problem arises, well, you are basically effed!
