Help Identifying This Work Space Mat

This looks very much like it. Thank you for diving down this rabbit hole with me. I'll probably be ordering one of these mats very soon.

How this "miraculous" cutting mat is dealing with push cuts? Because I remember Philip criticizing the ability of green mats to favor the forward cuts of round knives.

I was able to make a wallet and coin case in the last week and used this mat for all the cutting to see how it would hold up.

I don't have a round knife, but I have the Chartermade Pattern knife which I guess is pretty close? Push and pull cuts seem about the same. The mat tends to bite a bit on both the Chartermade and Japanese skiving knife. But isn't so bad on small blades like NT Cutter or L'indispensable.

My thoughts so far:

• It's a good mat for cutting pattern pieces, or using small nt cutter / L'indispensable blades in general since my main POM cutting surface gets deep cuts using those blades.

• Scars will start to show fairly soon with repeated cutting, so the self-healing isn't perfect. So far they are only cosmetic and haven't affected the surface.

• Still has around the same amount of PVC smell over 1 week later.

• I bought the 60 x 45 cm size, I think a size or two smaller would have been fine for my needs.

• POM is still #1
