Apologies for the issue guys,
Currently there is an problem 'mentioning' other members to that they receive a notification that someone has mentioned them.
Usually, if I type the '@' symbol then the members name, a pop-up will appear where I can select the member I am typing about and they will be notified.
You can see this has been done when the user mentioned is highlighted in grey.
The issue has been escalated to the Wix development team and I am waiting to hear back from them regarding a fix.
These glitches do happen occasionally, usually when the wind blows in another direction.
